We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electronics Department Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing the design and development of new products, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with experience in project management and team leadership. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of electronics engineering principles and practices.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success in this role.
