Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain features of our core automation platform
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebase
  • Ensure high performance and reliability for our full stack applications by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
  • Intensive cooperation with local and international development teams
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have)
  • Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
  • Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized, and visionary
  • Familiar with working in an agile environment
  • Good English communication
  • Experience with building workflow automation systems is a plus

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
