About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Group Treasury Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis of data within various E2E data process flows to ensure completeness and correctness.
  2. Optimization of processes in close collaboration with front office/trading, servicing/solutions colleagues, IT experts, and counterparts.
  3. Exception handling and investigation case management with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Creation and presentation of reports on KPIs, STP rates, and capacities to management.
  5. Participation in projects/initiatives to comply with regulatory and market changes.
  6. Monitoring of Regulatory Reporting Obligations.
  7. Servicing as a single point of contact for clients, counterparties, and banking authorities.
Requirements
  • Initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) or knowledge on security and treasury products.
  • Fluency in German and English (negotiation skills), CEE languages welcome.
  • Presentation skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI.
  • Python and SQL skills, as well as IT affinity.
  • Strong commitment to cross-functional training and development.
  • Ability to work with data under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.
