">We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our international supply chain projects, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating current processes and data in the area of supply chain management/logistics.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate current processes and data in supply chain management/logistics;">
- Implement processes on both strategic and tactical levels, shaping new projects and optimizing processes;">
- Continuously coordinate with the international project team and collaborate with international departments to integrate business processes into global IT software tools;">
- Contribute to defining the change management strategy and ensure target group-oriented communication with project stakeholders;">
- Provide support in managing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.">

About You:
">To succeed in this role, you will hold a university degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain management, and have several years of experience in supply chain management ideally connected with IT-transformation or automated warehouse implementation projects.
">You must be dedicated to implementing and enhancing supply chain processes and integrating them with IT systems, experienced with project management, and skilled at presenting complex information in a simplified manner tailored to stakeholders across various countries, departments, and hierarchical levels.
">A strong analytical way of thinking, combined with an interest in numbers, data, IT, and process development, is essential for this role.
">You will demonstrate a reliable, solution-oriented, and independent way of working as a consultant for international supply chain projects.
