We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments Services Department at Erste Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on the next generation of the payments infrastructure for Erste Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating existing payment system architectures to identify potential for improvement
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to document and structure requirements and design potential solutions
- Developing guidelines and standards for the payment area and ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of payment systems
- Staying up-to-date with business and technology trends in the payments domain
Requirements:
- Several years of experience within the payments domain, ideally in a bank or financial institution
- Extensive knowledge of national and international payment standards and processes (e.g. SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022)
- Practical experience of applying requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to uncertainties and challenges
- Very strong communications- and presentation techniques, in German as well as in English
