Job Title: HubSpot Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team at Huble. As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM platform.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading HubSpot partner and contribute to the success of our clients. As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects, create comprehensive documentation, and lead complex technology configuration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HubSpot solutions that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and service consulting teams to craft innovative architectures
  • Create detailed documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members
  • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering)
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc)
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Fluent in writing and speaking German
