Join Our Team as an IFRS Group Reporting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IFRS Group Reporting Expert to join our team at Erste Group Bank AG. As a key member of our Consolidated IFRS Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, FINREP, and Asset Encumbrance Reporting.

About the Role

As an IFRS Group Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and answering IFRS-related questions from stakeholders across the group
  • Monitoring and steering the group-wide implementation of IFRS requirements
  • Understanding and analyzing IFRS results from our subsidiaries
  • Supporting group-wide subsidiaries and subgroups in preparing and submitting IFRS data in consolidation tool Tagetik
  • Taking on responsibility for certain IFRS topics throughout the group
  • Playing an active role in consolidating financial statements and notes
  • Contributing to the preparation of output reports to investors and OeNB
  • Participating and contributing in Group projects related to accounting
  • Proposing and implementing solutions for complex accounting and consolidation issues
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IFRS accounting and consolidation topics. You should have:

  • A university degree in business administration
  • Expertise knowledge in IFRS accounting and consolidation topics
  • At least 7 years of working experience in this business area (preferably in banking)
  • A good level of experience with MS Office applications
  • Fluency in German and confidence in an English-speaking environment
