We are a trusted partner of leading companies such as AbInBev, BMW, Kärcher, PwC, and Porsche. As the importance of supply chain due diligence grows in Europe, we are expanding our team and looking for a Legal Counsel to join us on this exciting journey.Your Mission

As our Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all legal and contractual matters related to new customer acquisitions
  • Conducting legal negotiations with potential customers and setting up contracts that meet technical and business requirements
  • Providing proactive and business-focused legal advice and transaction support across different departments
  • Supporting the Legal Team in optimizing internal processes and managing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  • Coordinating external legal support when necessary
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel
  • A law degree from an Austrian or German university
  • Experience in contract and commercial law, IP and copyright law, data protection law
  • Understanding of SaaS environments and technical acumen
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Negotiation skills and customer-facing skills
  • Team spirit and interest in a start-up environment
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria
