About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the development of new features for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable backend systems using PHP8.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of backend systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong object-oriented PHP skills, experience with MVC frameworks (Symfony is a plus).
  • Experience in designing, building, testing, and shipping web applications.
  • Automated testing, clean code, and code coverage are essential.
  • Exceptional experience with various design and architectural patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • DevOps mentality and result-oriented experience with MySQL and Linux administration is a plus.
  • Great English communication skills.
