Aufgaben
  • Lead engineering teams (up to 20 team members) in achieving performance and alignment goals.
  • Identify talent, provide career guidance, and coach team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Captains, providing mentoring and coaching.
  • Learn from Directors Software Development, taking on additional responsibilities over time.
  • Ensure the success of your teams through effective leadership.
  • Take ownership of tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning.
  • Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring.
  • Identify and drive organizational change initiatives.

Profil
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading successful software teams or similar roles.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leading through coaching and mentoring.
  • Show ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes Operator is an asset.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to break down high-level strategies into actionable steps.

Compensation and Rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
