Embedded Software Developer with Wireless Intercom Expertise

The Product Division develops, produces, and distributes audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. We deliver high-quality products that are innovative in the industry.
As a Senior Embedded Software Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining embedded software for a wireless intercom system. Your responsibilities will include autonomously planning, designing, implementing, and testing components for the embedded software and Linux operating system. You'll demonstrate ownership of dedicated areas of the system's software architecture, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to cross-functional company initiatives that foster collaboration.
You'll level up the team through code reviews, create reference code, mentor junior developers, and engage in problem-solving. Conducting code reviews and making technical contributions to product architecture, as well as resolving bugs and delivering small features, are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll generate and implement process improvements, improve product quality, security, and performance.
The ideal candidate has a university degree in a technical discipline, preferably in computer engineering and/or electronics. You should have experience in embedded software development, very good knowledge of C++, STL, and object-oriented software design. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) is an advantage. Knowledge of Linux and tools like git, Jira, and Confluence is also required. Agile software development methodology experience is a plus, as is knowledge of standard Internet protocols.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, a flexible working time system including mobile working in a hybrid model, career booster opportunities, diversity focus, and diverse benefits through myEAP.
