Job Description

At Primetals Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the metallurgical services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the metals industry, leveraging your expertise and network to build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the metals industry or a related sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
