Dynamic Jira Cloud Solutions Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Jira Cloud Expert to join our team at Dynatrace. This role is crucial in supporting the growth of our organization by utilizing Atlassian tooling effectively.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to identify organizational needs that can be met using Jira/Confluence.
  • Design solutions with the team on how Jira/Confluence can enable our R&D organization.
  • Maintain open communication within the team and with all parties involved.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of implementation changes, ensuring their successful deployment and monitoring for further optimization.
  • Provide daily support to the organization, working closely with the team.
  • Cooperate with Atlassian, vendors, and partners on support requests and license adjustments.
  • Implement security measures to protect Dynatrace from data leakage.
  • Proactively drive changes to maintain an efficient use of Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Jira/Confluence administration or support.
  • Technical studies related to Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and/or administration.
  • Practical experience in Jira/Confluence usage.
  • Atlassian Certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Openness and efficiency when dealing with partners and across various locations and countries.
  • Good English language skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
