Are you passionate about data analysis and driving business decisions? Do you want to contribute to the development of a more data-driven HR organization across Central and Eastern Europe? As a Data-Driven HR Professional at Erste Group Bank AG, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different divisions and disciplines.

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Develop data extraction and transformation workflows using KNIME from systems of records (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/HCM)
  • Analyze how HR processes impact data, identify inconsistencies, automate quality indicators, and collaborate with data stewards in each country
  • Design and implement Tableau KPI dashboards in collaboration with heads of departments
  • Collaborate with the HR Reporting teams and Data Quality Management teams across all Erste Group countries
  • Develop and maintain data models on Databricks

You will leverage your technical and business skills to drive this initiative forward and contribute to the success of our organization.
