Strategic Procurement Media Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Procurement Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting the procurement process, analyzing data, and driving effective decision-making.

Job Description
  • Data Management & Analysis: Assist in structuring data sets from multiple sources, gathering relevant information to support evidence-based purchasing decisions, and providing insight for strategic supplier management.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to manage defined projects, support relationship building, and contribute to competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • ESG & Process Innovation Initiatives: Support the development of sustainable procurement practices, assist with due diligence processes, and help identify opportunities to improve procurement processes.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Support: Maintain data dashboards, PowerPoints, and rate card repositories, and assist in the development of new reports for procurement insight.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Negotiation experience or willingness to learn.
  • An interest in project and process management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Interest in ESG and sustainable sourcing practices.
