Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Raditi, obrt za poslovne usluge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Menu Preparation: Prepare mis-en-place for all menus, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Cooking and Presentation: Prepare, cook, and present food consistently to hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Communication and Organisation: Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as it is a busy and dynamic position.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and on occasion, early mornings.
  • Vaccination: Be vaccinated.
  • Language: Speak German or English fluently.
