Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System Expert to join our Talent Management team at our headquarters in Vienna.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and further developing the SAP SuccessFactors "Learning" module on the HR side, designing a group-wide learning management system that creates experiential learning opportunities according to employee and business needs.
You will collaborate with HR colleagues from countries, supported by IT colleagues and implementation partners, to define processes for innovative learning system solutions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting and training key users, as well as conceiving and implementing various training measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You have experience in implementing systems, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors, and professional experience in Learning & Development.
Your organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and structured way of working make you the perfect fit.
As a project manager, you work with foresight and can understand and digitize both group-wide and international processes, making them tangible.
You are a team player with high self-organization and social skills, and possess excellent communication abilities in written and spoken German and English (C-level).

The annual compensation package starts at 60,000 gross all-in, according to your qualifications and professional experience.
