Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Acoustic Systems Developer to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for the development of acoustic sensors for new hearing implant systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test acoustic sensors for hearing implant systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop electro-acoustic measurement and verification systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of components and subassemblies.
  • Document and verify development prototypes, ensuring compliance with our quality assurance system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in acoustics, electroacoustics, medical technology, electronics, communications engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in microphone development is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of signal processing for active noise cancellation is desired.
  • Self-motivated, systematic, and independent work style, with excellent communication skills in German and English.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual gross salary from €48,760.78, based on professional qualification and experience.
