We are seeking a dynamic
Head of Finance
to lead our clients growing finance function, with a clear path to transitioning into the
Chief Financial Officer
role within the next 6-12 months.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a high-growth company, focusing on scaling operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing financial control.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the finance function, providing direction on financial control, budgeting, and reporting for the business and its funds.Oversee deal structuring, term sheets, and deal sheets with a strong focus on financial control, distribution, and payments.Play a key role in fund structuring, treasury management, and optimizing capital deployment across the business.Help scale the business through the enhancement of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and robust financial control.Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, engaging with all team members to drive success and meet business objectives.Manage accounting, audit, tax, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements for both the company and its funds.Desired Profile:Experience : At least 10 years in finance and accounting with strong exposure to transactions and fund management.
A background in Big 4 transactions is highly regarded.Financial Expertise : Proficiency in financial control, 3-way modeling, fund structuring, and treasury management.Entrepreneurial Mindset : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
Comfortable working in a high-intensity, high-growth setting.Leadership & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and engage with colleagues at all levels.
