About the opportunity: We are currently looking for two Maintenance Electricians to join our Erskine Park site.
The Shift Maintenance Electrician will work closely with maintenance fitters and operators to ensure that reliability and safety issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner enabling the achievement of Operational outcomes for the site.
As a strong team player, the Maintenance Electrician will be willing and able to assist operationally, outside the areas of core responsibilities, and in doing so make a solid contribution to building a high-performing Burleigh Heads team culture.
The shift patterns available are: Night shift working Monday to Friday, 9.00pm - 5.00am Day Shift working Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm Key Responsibilities Include: Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facilityHigh level of technical and diagnostic skills including fault finding of electrical circuits and PLC programsParticipate in the repairs and preventive maintenance of all site plant and equipmentDemonstrate and promote safe work practicesAssist with other duties to ensure the effective operation of the maintenance teamIdentifying and resolving equipment reliability and improvement opportunitiesWork closely with operations personnel to ensure that reliability and safety issues are dealt with in an effective and timely mannerThe successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Electrical Trade Certificate/LicensePrevious experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills – listening, verbal and writtenDemonstrate an understanding of safety, health and the environmentWhat can we offer you?
