DescriptionJoin our dynamic beauty portfolio as a Brand Manager, overseeing the iconic Swisspers and Glam brands.
Reporting directly to the Beauty Marketing Manager, you will drive brand strategy, innovation, and growth within this exciting category.
The purpose of the role is to drive sustainable brand growth by executing brand strategies, plans, and day-to-day activities including execution of innovation and budget management in alignment with business and brand objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Trends and Insights: Build a deep understanding of category and consumer trends, translating these into actionable brand strategies.Brand Strategy: Implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, contributing to long-term brand growth plans across key markets.Innovation: Support and execute 3-year innovation pipelines through cross-functional collaboration.Communication: Execute consistent communication strategies, manage media plans, and test new marketing techniques.Budget Management: Manage and allocate brand budgets efficiently, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts.Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a high-performance culture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.About you: Proven success in brand management with a focus on execution.Proven success in implementing innovation.A passion for brands with a consumer-centric mindset.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong cross-functional collaboration.Good financial acumen with experience in managing brand budgets.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Why McPherson's?
