What you'll do: Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipmentBaking, grilling, steaming, or boiling fish, meat, vegetables, and other foodsAdhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standardsMaintaining a clean workspace at all timesMonitoring stock levelsKeeping up with cooking techniques and methodsWhat you'll need: Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro-style kitchenKnowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menuAn uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safetyStrong communication and organization skillsTrade cooking qualifications are essentialFlexible availabilityThe benefits are good too An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy's, and other Endeavour Group brands.
