About the Role: We're growing our ICT team and are on the lookout for an ICT Senior Systems Engineer to join a team of four.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Resolve complex Level 2-3 ICT issues and work closely with Level 1-2 Support Officers to ensure swift problem resolution.Infrastructure Management: Oversee and troubleshoot servers, virtualization, cloud services, and network equipment, ensuring performance and security compliance.Advanced Desktop Support: Tackle escalated desktop issues, manage software updates, and support hardware procurement.Communication: Act as a key liaison between the ICT team and business stakeholders, providing proactive technical advice and realistic issue resolution timelines.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to ensure smooth operations and knowledge transfer.What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).6+ years of Level 2-3 IT support or infrastructure experience.Drivers Licence & willingness to travel interstate and work outside regular hours when required.Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Database management, SSCM / Intune, Virtualization technologies, IIS management.Strong knowledge of remote desktop services.Advanced knowledge with scripting languages (PowerShell, Batch, .Net, Python, Macro and VBS Excel, APIs).Familiarity with automation and data acquisition software & BST 8 management / maintenance is ideal.Familiarity with automation and data acquisition software (ADAMView, DAYSLab) is a plus.Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Administrator certification (preferred).Why Join Us?
