Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are looking for an energetic clinician with at least 3 years of experience to join our supportive multidisciplinary team as a Dietitian in a part time capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provision of high-quality Dietetic services to all healthAbility clients from various funding sources.Active participation in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, service planning and reviews.Contribute to the development and innovation of integrated multidisciplinary service delivery models.Ensure that care services are accessible, culturally relevant and inclusive.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills & Experience 3 years or more of clinical experience in relevant areas preferably in a community health setting.Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating group and individual programs.An understanding of chronic disease management and models which promote self-management.Ability to work with a high level of independence, autonomy, and accountability.If you want to work with great people - we'd love to hear from you.
