What this job involves
This position is part of our Property & Asset Management team located in our Perth Office.
The role supports three Property Managers with the delivery of quality management services across their commercial and industrial portfolios.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Assisting with preparation of budgets and outgoings recoveries Assisting with monthly reports preparation Issuing of purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systems Monitoring and actively pursue rental arrears and allocation of rentals on a daily basis Processing of creditor invoices as well as raising sundry tenant recoveries Liaising with contractors, tenants, owners as required Undertaking Lease Administration duties relating to Tenancy Set Up forms Assisting with Bank Guarantees, Public Liability, Contractor Management Interested?
