The Role: As a Complex Claims Advisor at QGIF in the sensitive claims team, you'll manage a portfolio of technical/complex common law personal injury claims under the PIPA, including sensitive claims involving allegations of historical child abuse.
In the General team, you'll manage a portfolio of technical/complex claims for a variety of government agencies including common law personal injury claims, general liability, malicious prosecution, class actions, complex employment and discrimination matters.
