We're currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Responsibilities:
Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity Identifying barriers and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation Understanding healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes What you'll bring to the role:
Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey Commitment to a high level of customer service Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle) Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance What we offer you:
