Each product, hand crafted in our botanical laboratory in Brisbane, is prepared with ingredients nurtured from paddock to finished product - ensuring the activity of each vital nutrient.
Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and are available for delivery worldwide.
The Role Based primarily in Sydney, you'll join a skilled and enthusiastic team, inspired by values that are inherent in all we do: Transparency, Excellence, Lifelong learning, Creating value, Ownership.
Developing and nurturing partnerships with wholesalers across the Sydney & wider region, you'll develop and improve systems and processes that drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales
Generate a robust pipeline of leads via proactive prospecting, networking & leveraging existing relationshipsImplement effective sales strategies & tactics to drive revenue & growth with the aim to exceed sales targetsBuild & nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry including salon owners, spa managers & dermal clinicsDemonstrate a proactive approach to creating & adapting systems & procedures, to drive sales & partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions & sales materialsAnalyse sales data & provide regular reports to management on performance, forecasts & market trendsStay current with latest industry trends, competitor activities & market insights to stay ahead of the competitionPartnership
Utilise a collaborative approach to create purposeful connections & value driven partnerships, in line with company valuesDiscover client needs, concerns & goals in order to deliver effective coaching, strategy & support for spa & salon partnersSupport partners with business development that aligns with their goals & sales targetsWork collaboratively to create action plans & milestones to track progressUse a metrics-based approach to evaluate performance & provide feedback to partners - supporting them to achieve businessobjectivesEncourage & inspire partners to overcome obstacles, persist through challenges & stay motivated in pursuit of revenue targetsCreate bespoke & tailored solutions to meet unique needs of our clients, using a solution-oriented approach with a flair for creativityOperate within a continuous improvement approachAbout You: Proven track record in business development & sales2+ years experience in a similar roleSolution-oriented approach to client management with a strong client service focusDynamic presentation skills with a polished & warm communication styleImpeccable personal presentation, representative of the Waterlily brandExcel at working autonomously & proactivelyDriven & results orientated with a focus on driving growth & success for the companyGenuine passion for wellness & the beauty industry, with an ethical & authentic approach to businessDriver's licence & reliable transportation to access clients across the Sydney region (and regional NSW where needed) Interstate travel required one week per month What's on Offer: Dynamic role you can make your ownFlexible working options + tools of tradeFree skincareOngoing training and developmentJoin a company that genuinely cares about people and making a difference - without compromiseIf this sounds like something you want to be a part of, we'd love to hear from you
