You will manage labelling operations and improve team guidelines and quality assurance processes for labellers' output to meet Canva's standards.You will also help manage the capacity for labelling projects, ensuring that the team maximizes its manpower and projects are smoothly deployed.You'll do this by:Overseeing operations of recurring labelling projects across all Data Labelling TeamsLeading continuous improvement initiatives for labelling guidelines and quality standardsEnsuring team adherence to Canva's high-quality label standards through regular audits and trainingDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive documentation for team processes and spearheading strategic improvementsEnhancing team visibility and managing key stakeholder relationshipsAnalyzing and reporting on quality assurance and labelling trends to stakeholdersAssisting in contractor management-related tasks, including hiring, onboarding, and offboardingCollaborating with the Data Labelling Lead to design and implement projects that optimize labelling processes, guidelines, and toolsHelping manage resource allocation and capacity planning across EU and PH labelling teamsDriving cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and output qualityYou're probably a match ifYou have an operational background with strong experience working in a collaborative environmentBasic knowledge of data annotationExperience as a multimedia designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of visual communication fundamentals is a plusExperience in working across time zones (with labellers in Vienna and the Philippines and most internal customers in Sydney)Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to quickly adapt and learn in a dynamic environmentThrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbout the teamCanva's Generative AI Platform Group is responsible for the delivery of capabilities which empower transformational ML and AI initiatives, from early ideation and prototyping through to scaling to meet the needs of millions of Canva users in production.We empower thousands of engineers and product managers to deliver amazing product features which harness the power of cutting-edge technologies.Data Labelling PH is a key team within this subgroup, currently comprising one in-house Lead and 18 contractors based in the Philippines.Our goal is to effectively mobilize our contractors, leveraging the team's strengths to efficiently address customer requests while maintaining high-quality standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
