As a prominent player in the commercial sector on a national scale, this leading firm offers comprehensive advisory services to clients nationwide.
Within the large Brisbane team, you'll work with numerous partners, senior practitioners, junior lawyers, and have ample administrative support.
This structure ensures you feel fully supported, enabling you to perform at your bes THE LITIGATION You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile insolvency matters
This will include representing liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees across various cases.
Additionally, you will represent directors and company officers in response to ASIC investigations and enforcement actions.
Plus, each day will also offer variety, including general commercial litigation in areas such as: Contractual disputes Fraud Claims Property-related disputes Joint venture disputes Shareholder disputes Directors' and fiduciary duties THE ASSOCIATE We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual with a litigation and insolvency background.
A minimum of 3 years PAE is essential, with exposure to a significant portion of the mentioned fields.
