Civil Project Management Team

About the roleGeographe Civil is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our Civil Project Management Team. From Supervisors to Project Managers, we have secured long-term contracts due to commence early 2025 across the South West Region and are seeking your expertise to help us deliver the exceptional standards our teams are known for.What you'll be doingProviding end to end Project Management and Supervision for civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets to monitor and track project progress.Supervise and co-ordinate day to day operations of civil projects, including the running of morning pre-starts.Lead and manage site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of operations.Liaising with clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors to co-ordinate project activities.Trouble shooting and formulating solutions for any challenges on site.Overseeing the work of contractors and employees to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status to the Senior Management Team.Commitment to completing all inductions and training as required.What we're looking forSignificant experience in Civil Construction, Project and Site based; preferably 5+ years.Strong understanding of construction processes, and Project Management principles.Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Tertiary qualification in Project Management.Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and Contract Management (desirable).Multi-Operating tickets.Leadership and Supervisor Training.Local to the South West.White / Blue construction card.Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.Benefits of Working with Geographe CivilLong standing Civil Construction Industry leader with ongoing work providing job security.Comprehensive training and development programs to support your career growth.Safety First culture in a supportive and encouraging environment.Annual Skin Checks and Flu Vaccinations.Excellent facilities and equipment.Social Club - Footy Tipping, Lotto and Functions.About usWe Give a Damn - We Own it - We Choose Safety - We DeliverWith over 20 years in business and from humble beginnings, Geographe Civil is now the leading Civil Construction, Maintenance and Earthworks Company in the South West.
