The Role:
As the HSE Coordinator , you'll lead the development, implementation, and management of Refresco's HSE systems across multiple locations.
You'll ensure compliance with national, state, and local legislation, guide incident investigations, and champion risk reduction projects.
Your leadership will drive a proactive HSE culture, ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of Refresco's HSE Management System across multiple sites.
Manage external certifications and accreditations.
Mentor managers to foster a positive and resilient safety culture.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage systems effectively.
Support incident investigations and audits to improve safety controls.
Coordinate HSE training programs at supported sites.
Update critical HSE documentation (procedures, SOPs, risk registers, SDS).
Manage HSE dashboards and reporting systems, including SharePoint.
Perform drug & alcohol testing when required.
Manage workers' compensation claims and Return to Work (RTW) programs.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies and report ESG data.
About You:
You are an experienced HSE professional with a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
You have:
3-5+ years of experience in a multi-site or consultative HSE role, ideally within manufacturing.
Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental disciplines (minimum Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
The ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment.
