In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Manage employee and workforce data from various HR systems.
Clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
Analyze people data to identify trends and patterns in employee engagement and performance.
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
Apply statistical methods to support hypothesis testing and modeling.
Present findings and recommendations to the PX team and stakeholders.

Experience in data analysis Experience in SQL Experience with R or Python for data extraction, cleaning, and modeling Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau Knowledge of core statistical analyses (correlation, regressions, classification) Understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing You would benefit from having:
