We are the Upper Lachlan Shire Council.
Based in the Southern Tablelands of NSW, Upper Lachlan is known for its agricultural and fine wine industries, history and picturesque countryside.

If you are, you have a sense of humour and a bubbly personality.
You work hard and you're dedicated to enhancing the experience of visitors to our region.

We would absolutely love it if you have a Certificate III in Marketing, Tourism or similar, but if not, that's okay - And you'll be able to call on your previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the arts, historic, tourism facility or retail.

PLUS we'll give you all support and tools needed to succeed in this role

Your primary purpose is to support the efficient and effective operation of the Visitor Information Centre through the provision of welcoming visitor experiences and services.

This is a part time position (56 hours per fortnight) and includes some weekend work each month.
This position pays between $1055 - $1183 per week plus superannuation and is a Grade 4 in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023 and Council's salary system.
