We are growing and looking to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst in our Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing/CEO
Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and maintaining adequate reporting to monitor the company's marketing operations and performance.Performing data analysis to identify opportunities and cost efficiencies.Analysing marketing-business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns.Analysing large datasets and providing useful actionable recommendations to support the marketing team's goals.Providing user demographics, behaviour data, and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation.Building marketing dashboards for reporting and visualising key performance indicators.Understanding marketing requirements and creating useful and planned solutions to address data needs.Planning and analysing effective retention A/B tests in order to improve marketing KPIs.Transforming abstract questions into quantifiable metrics.Utilising product usage data to develop predictive customer retention models.Developing customer lifetime value and spending benchmark analytics.Measuring the impact of targeting and segmentation outcomes.Providing thought leadership to improve outcomes and processes, including scaling and automation continuously.Be a catalyst for the improvement of existing data sources and predictive analytics.Candidate profile: BSc/MSc in marketing, mathematics, statistics, finance, or any other relevant field.Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Bing Analytics, Social Media Ads & Analytics, Adroll Ads & Analytics, Media Buying Ads and Analytics.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Meticulous attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality.Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.Eagerness for continuous professional development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience in a similar role in financial/FX services will be considered an advantage.Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI / Tableau.Our offer: High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas, and opportunity to influence directly company results.High-impact contribution to a dynamic business at a growth phase.Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews, and performance-based incentive schemes.Continuous personal development and support of external capability-building opportunities.Welcoming, dynamic, and multicultural team.Vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.New beautiful office in an easily accessible location with company-provided fruits, breakfasts, and lunches.Free gym membership and access to multiple sports and wellness facilities.Company-provided parking.Medical insurance after the probation period.Journey to FP Markets: Interview with the People Function (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to our culture and company.Interview with the hiring manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team.Join our team and be a part of a professional, rapidly growing company operating in a multicultural environment
