Pharmacy Manager - Glenvale & Cambooya Pharmacies We are looking for two experienced Pharmacy Managers to lead the teams at Terry White Chemmart Glenvale and Amcal Pharmacy Cambooya.
Each store is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the daily operations, foster team development, and drive business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in two growing pharmacies located in the Toowoomba region.
Both part-time and full-time hours are available , offering flexibility for the right candidates.
The Role As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the operations of one of these two pharmacies, taking responsibility for both retail and dispensary management.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service and care to the local community.
You will manage team performance, implement business strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of either Terry White Chemmart Glenvale or Amcal Pharmacy Cambooya.
Drive business growth through effective retail strategies and merchandising.
Manage dispensary operations, including stock control, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Proficiency in Z Dispense and Fred software systems is essential.
Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Collaborate with the business owner to meet and exceed financial and performance targets.
About You Extensive experience in pharmacy management, particularly in the retail aspect.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team.
A highly organized, solution-focused individual with a passion for customer service.
Proven experience with Z Dispense and Fred systems.
Ability to manage and grow a pharmacy with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care.
