Community Occupational Therapist will: Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes Falls prevention, education and strength training work all included in position Collaborate closely with the local community teams and key stakeholders Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities About You: Currently registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA Prior Community Experience highly desirable Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention Police Check (dated within the last 3 years) Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinations Evidence of Covid 19 vaccinations Own vehicle and NSW licence Importantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.
