We are guided by our innovative and compassionate values, and are seeking people with the same ideals to join our teamWe are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Care Co-Ordinator.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation.About the roleOur staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.Our person-centred approach focuses on maximising the quality of life for each and every resident, so if you are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from youSkills & ExperienceLeadership, support and audit of the Clinical Care Department (particularly Standard 2- Ongoing assessment, planning and Standard 3 – Personal Care & Clinical Care), and to ensure optimum performance and Accreditation compliance.Provide on-the-spot training & education.Monitor Care Planning, Assessment & Progress Reporting to ascertain that all records are up to date and are indicative of the resident's individual needs.Actively participate and coordinate Continuous Improvement and Infection Control activities.Monitor and supervise staff work practices to ensure required care standards are achieved.Recommend Policy and Procedure improvements.Clinical indicator findings and trends are evaluated and reported to the Clinical Governance Manager each month.Ensure staff compliance with Policies & Practices.Able to work without direct supervision.Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.Hold a current Police Check.Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.Location: Roselands, New South Wales, AustraliaPosition: Full TimeSector: Healthcare & Medical - Nursing Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
