Technical Support Analyst | Finance enterprise | 6 months + Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

We have a new opportunity available, and we hope you can help us.
Project: It provisioning project based in Sydney CBD (will need to come into the office fulltime)
Timeline: Initial 6 months contract with likelihood of further extensions
Your capabilities:
Technical abilities Windows 10 support via phone, email and remote assistance tools Microsoft Office 2007, 2013 and Office 365 Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Mobility device support: iPhones and iPads Remote Support Tools such as RDP and Remote Assistance Support of video conferencing technologies Experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy, Helix or ServiceNow Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve system efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.
Desired experience University degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing support efficiency.
Experience providing formal phone support in a Help Desk, Service Desk or Call Centre environment
Your role will include: Onboarding new starters in office and remotely Hardware support (building and configuring laptops, process disposals, raise Dell repair calls).
Customer facing, technical support, focussed on Workplace technologies listed above.
Log incidents and requests for continued problem resolution and tracking Maintain direct contact with users throughout the lifecycle of an incident or request Call out to user and otherwise follow up with them directly for more complex issues Collaborate with domestic and international technology teams in order to drive issue resolution on behalf of customers Contribute to technology projects as required.
