You will be one of two pioneering OTs.Unique opportunityfor abusiness-minded OTwho values relationship management and quality service provision.This is a rare and unique opportunity for a business-minded Occupational Therapist to develop and manage clinical services.
After taking the Occupational Rehabilitation market by storm, this Allied Health owned service plans to provide the same top-notch service to clients with a disability.
As the General Manager / CEO, you will assist in business development, onboarding, growth plans, quality assurance and manage a team of expert clinical contractors across NSW.
You will work alongside passionate and entrepreneurial leaders dedicated to high level service provision and enjoy a rewarding and autonomous leadership role.
The role details: Lead and manage this new Service division: Launch into the NDIS | Clinical servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.Develop marketing plans and foster business connectionsOnboard and support clinical contract staff ensuring smooth integrationQuality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Grow teams in areas across NSW.Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships.Provide one assessment per week to keep you hands-on, without billable pressure.Requirements: Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA RegistrationPrevious NDIS ExperienceGreat Leadership skills and flair for managing relationshipsStrong understanding of support coordination processExcellent communication and written skillsHigh level attention to detail and a love of qualityAbility to manage contract OT staff.Unique career opportunity that will positively challenge youOpportunity for immense professional growthGenerous renumeration + more on offerEstablished Provider with a wonderful reputationFor further details please contact Kirstin Symmonds
