In the Compliance and Regulatory Services (CaRS) branch, we supply services that help make Brisbane a fairer and safer place 24/7.
Our focus is our Community Value, and we engage with people across the City in a consistent, responsive way, making strong decisions to resolve problems and deliver solutions.
CaRS is divided into four dynamic work areas, all working together to deliver compliance and provide the highest level of community value to Brisbane residents.
The Role Take charge of managing inbound community complaints and reports by assessing, prioritising, and resolving issues wherever possible.
Deliver exceptional customer service for the Safety, Amenity, and Litter team, focusing on education, compliance, and early resolution to minimise escalations.
Handle requests from start to finish, supporting operational outcomes in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
This position serves as a fantastic stepping stone into Council's Compliance and Regulatory Services (CaRS) branch, with pathways to roles such as Field Officer and beyond.
Enjoy a balanced 50/50 hybrid work arrangement, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.
