In this job you willAs a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

Lead multi-customer Life Sciences and Healthcare operations within the siteLead implementation and maintenance of quality controls and standards governing cold storage of pharmaceuticalsDrive and implement strategic initiativesEnsure customer satisfaction through excellent service deliveryBuild and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and externalMaintain location and inventory accuracyDrive site budgets and P&L accountabilityOwn the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and prioritiesYou have the following qualities & qualifications10+ years' experience within Supply Chain/LogisticsStrong site management experience, including facilitiesExceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations within a 3PL environmentDemonstrated knowledge of quality standards and licensing associated with cold chain and pharmaceutical productsExcellent people management and influencing skillsCommercial acumenHighly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skillsStrong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
