An exciting opportunity is now available for a Cyber Awareness Advisor to join our team within the Cyber Security and Risk domain at Suncorp.
Our focus is on the human side of Cyber Security, and our purpose is to keep Suncorp secure while enabling our Business Strategy.

We believe that cyber security is everyone's business, and as a team, we drive the Cyber Security Education and Awareness program across Suncorp at all levels of the organisation.
This is a multifaceted role where you will: Deliver all Cyber Security communications across SuncorpRun the scheduling and reporting of all Phishing simulation activitiesBuild the User Behavioural Analytics capabilityWe are looking for someone who is proactive, driven, passionate, and willing to go outside of their comfort zone.

What you'll do: Develop and deliver all Cyber Security communications across SuncorpSchedule and report all Phishing simulation activities across SuncorpBuild the User Behavioural Analytics capability to identify opportunities for targeted trainingBe a key driver to promote and cultivate a security-focused culture and mindsetAssist with all education and awareness activities across Suncorp, as well as external customers and the wider Australian communityAssist with building meaningful content, including written, videos, and online training modulesContribute to the evolving Cyber Security Education and Awareness Strategy, roadmap, and calendar of eventsFacilitate the introduction of new security technologies that can positively influence cyber awarenessWork with Project and Delivery Managers to drive security awareness activities and potentially implement new Security CapabilitiesIdentify improvements and significant changes required to existing security awareness processes and approachesWhat you'll bring: Familiarity with Australian regulatory & legislative compliance requirements such as APRA, Privacy Act and PCIExperience in education, awareness and change management, or related disciplinesTechnology experience in large enterprises, preferably financial servicesGeneral knowledge of the tools, tactics, techniques and processes of attackers is desirableConfident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsPassion for Cyber Security education and awareness, with a willingness to learn and growPrevious experience working within an agile environmentWhat we can offer: A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programsPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilEmployee benefits | Suncorp Group At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
