Senior Casualty Claims Officer

Are you a passionate and experienced Casualty Claims professional with a knack for property/construction portfolio? We're seeking a driven Senior Casualty Claims Officer to join our global insurance client in Melbourne CBD to deliver exceptional service to thier clients.
About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of complex casualty claims within the property/construction sector.
Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and manage claim costs effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, legal representatives, and contractors, to ensure smooth claim resolution.
Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the claims process.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing casualty claims within the Property/Construction Portfolio.
Possesses a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to casualty claims (a legal background is preferred).
Has a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Is a self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic team.
