We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our dynamic team as either Senior Consultants or Principal Consultants.
About the Role:
Provide high-quality EAP counseling and crisis response services.
Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
Current driver's license and own vehicle.
