Melrose High School Arts and Technology School Leader CFull-time PermanentCloses: 12 November 2024Details: The Arts and Technology faculty School Leader C (SLC) is responsible for leading the Year 7/8 Arts and Technology rotation and the Year 9/10 Arts and Technology electives.
This SLC position includes a whole school role of leading events such as assemblies, awards and graduation ceremonies and information nights.
Work collaboratively with the executive team to work towards whole-school goals and implement the school's action plan.Lead teaching and learning within the faculty including building staff capacity.Effectively implement a Professional Learning Community within the faculty.Manage whole school responsibilities.Undertake an appropriate teaching load and other duties as determined by the Principal.Lead and support a positive and collaborative staff culture.Promote and maintain strong student relationships and family partnerships.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior to commencing in this role applicants require:
