Contract Administrator / Quantity SurveyorSummaryCGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established, privately owned commercial building head contractor who has a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of new build commercial building projects across Perth & WA.The ClientThis head contractor has been established for over 20 years in Perth, building long-standing relationships with high-quality subcontractors and prides itself on delivering high-quality project delivery, regularly looking at repeat business from key clients.The Role - Contract Administrator / Quantity SurveyorAs Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for working in close collaboration with the project delivery team, alongside a long-standing PM who can help you get up and running quickly from an internal systems perspective.You will take on all aspects of Contract Administration / QS, including overseeing, preparing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include risk assessment, project coordination, progress claims/reporting, and RFIs in a well-rounded role.Culture & BenefitsYou will be joining a business with long-standing Directors and a senior leadership team. They have several employees who have been with the business for over 10 years, as they pride themselves on looking after and retaining high-performing staff.
