Senior FP&A Business Partner – Opex Reporting & PlanningWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A Business Partner to join a high-growth global software company.
This role is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment by leading operational expense (Opex) reporting and planning processes while driving strategic initiatives.
About the Role As a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to operational and business support teams, enhancing financial awareness and decision-making across the organization.Lead Opex and workforce planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develop and maintain robust financial models, providing detailed insights into trends, variances, and key performance metrics.Drive process optimization and system improvements, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects and provide commercial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic investments. What You'll BringExtensive experience in FP&A roles, particularly in SaaS or technology industries.Strong Excel skills and expertise in financial modelling, with a focus on operational expense planning.Proven ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders, constructively challenging assumptions and decisions.A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
