Descripción del empleo
Estamos buscando un Recepcionista profesional y amable para unirse a nuestro equipo como primer punto de contacto para nuestros huéspedes, desempeñará un papel crucial en la creación de una atmósfera acogedora y en garantizar una experiencia memorable para todo aquel que atraviese nuestras puertas.
Saludar y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes de forma cálida y profesional Realizar procedimientos eficientes de registro de entrada y salida, incluyendo la verificación de reservas, el cobro de pagos y la asignación de habitaciones Atender las consultas y peticiones de los huéspedes con prontitud y cortesía Gestionar las llamadas telefónicas entrantes, los correos electrónicos y los mensajes Mantener registros precisos de los huéspedes y actualizar el sistema de gestión del hotel Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar experiencias fluidas a los huéspedes Preparar y distribuir informes diarios sobre ocupación, pagos y solicitudes especiales Supervisar los límites de crédito y hacer un seguimiento de los pagos pendientes Ayudar con las tareas administrativas según sea necesario Asegurarse de que el área de recepción esté ordenada y presentable en todo momento Requisitos
Dominio del español; deseable inglés conversacional Experiencia previa en un puesto de atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector de la hostelería Sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones rápidas Orientación al detalle y excelentes dotes de organización Dominio de los sistemas informáticos, incluido MS Office y el software de gestión hotelera (Opera) Habilidades analíticas para manejar transacciones financieras y preparar informes Actitud centrada en el cliente con el compromiso de ofrecer un servicio excepcional Flexibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo tardes, fines de semana y festivos Estudios superiores en hotelería o turismo.
