Leadership role within a leading global risk management companyService a substantial and varied client portfolioHighly successful and collaborative team with proven record of successClient Manager, Global & CorporateA core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, Corporate & Global specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of National and top ASX listed businesses, including major multinational organisations.The Client Manager is responsible for service delivery for a key portfolio of Global & Corporate clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Melbourne office.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeManaging several key corporate clientsProviding a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship managementContributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate businessManage daily client enquiries pertaining to the management of their risk and insurance programs, including claimsIdentifying development opportunities for designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutionsAchieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new businessGathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and follow-up documentation with clientsWorking with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the clientProviding mentorship to support staffHow this opportunity is differentWe're a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. Key requirements include:Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilitiesExtensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clientsStrong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutionsExperience in handling large claimsExcellent cross selling abilitiesExperience dealing with global insurance market centres including Lloyd'sA high level of understanding of client profitabilityA keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business developmentExceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clientsDemonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point productsA high degree of resilience and an outcome focused approach.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
